Snapshot: Pathways to Prosperity (Pathways) brings visibility to a community that is often intentionally overlooked in policy decisions and service offerings. Their work creates access to behavioral health services, career preparedness, trade credentialing support, and employment placement support to help returning citizens with disabilities find a pathway to sustainability and success.
